Position Description

• Troubleshoot the configuration problems and rectify the same, provide solutions and ideas on deployment as well as on technical queries, troubleshoot and resolve the issues after deployment.
• Reporting of the day to day activities to the Support Team lead.

Responsibilities

• Possess one or more years of experience in working with financial services/software focused on financial services. Mainly Focused on Experience in Technical Support and administration at Broking firms.
• Good knowledge in all Windows Operating System and applications.
• Good knowledge in LAN Management and Networking.
• Ability to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems
• Knowledge in SQL and Web server Applications
• Good inter-personal skills (The job involves a lot of cross group interactions)
• Must possess strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to recognize and communicate the needs of clients.
• Ability to work independently and within a group.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to interact directly with clients

Requirements

• Must be a graduate from a leading college or university
• Must be have excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must able to manage multiple, simultaneous implementations.

• Database Applications: MS SQL all versions
• MS Windows – All versions
• Web Servers
• Networking basics and fundamentals
• Ability to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems
• Participation in the complete life cycle of a financial services product implementation
