1. How to check PARS/PAPS details on AFM Driver app ?

Click on “GUEST USER” > Enter your PARS/PAPS number > Click “CHECK”

2. How to send document to us for generating manifest ?

Click on “GUEST USER” > Click on blue button on top “SEND DOCUMENTS” > Enter details, attach documents files > (now you will be redirected to mail app) > Click the send button and all the documents will be sent to us via. mail.

3. How to generate e-manifest document from PARS/PAPS number ?

Click on “GUEST USER” > Enter your PARS/PAPS number > Click “CHECK” > You will see the details of your shipments with their status. In the bottom there is a button in green color “Send Manifest Info.” Click it. > This new screen will ask for mail id or phone number you want to send emanifest document to. By clicking send button mail/message will be send to the entered detail.

4. How to use nearby maps ?

Select tab “Nearby” > On the top of the screen, click the button “Select Points” > A list of option will appear. Select the desired option from the list > You will get data on the map.

* Click on any point, it will show its details

* Click on “NAVIGATE” button will be navigate user to maps and show the direction to reach there

1. How to Login in to the app as a driver ?

Click the button “Driver” on first screen > Enter your Corporate IDUsername and Password > Click “Remember Me” for auto login > Click “LOGIN”

2. How to Login in to the app as a carrier ?

Click the button “Carrier” on first screen > Enter your Trip Reference ID, PIN > Click “Remember Me” for auto login > Click “LOGIN”

3. Can I delivered my trips using guest login ?

No. Trips can be only be delivered through Driver or Carrier login. You can access other features as a guest user like –

* Check PARS/PAPS Details

* Send documents to us for creating emanifest

* Send emanifest documents to any mail, phone number from the app

1. How can I see my upcoming trips ?

Login with driver/carrier > Select tab “TRIPS” tab in the bottom > Select tab “Upcoming” on top > (a list if upcoming trip will come)

2. How to start any upcoming trip ?

Go to Upcoming Trips tab > Click the START > Click “YES” to start the trip > (if maintenance of truck is pending then a popup will come up with 2 options – Check and Proceed) > Clicking check will take you up to maintenance list of truck where as clicking proceed will start your trip.

3. How to reject any upcoming trip ?

Go to Upcoming Trips tab > Click REJECT > Enter reason for leaving > Click OK

4. How to check status of my settled trips ?

Login with driver/carrier > Select tab “TRIPS” tab in the bottom > Select tab “Settled” on top > (a list if settled trips will come)
Note : Only available for Drivers

5. How to check status of my paid trips ?

Login with driver/carrier > Select tab “TRIPS” tab in the bottom > Select tab “Paid” on top > (a list if paid trips will come)
Note : Only available for Drivers

6. How to upload documents/trip expense for my trips or how can I see trip’s attachments ?

For Upcoming Trips :

Go to Upcoming Trips list > Click DOCUMENTS button in the top of every trip > Click the + icon in the bottom to upload document > Select document type as Trip Expense or Trip Document > Select document from gallery or camera > click DONE > Document will be uploaded and list will refreshed

For Active Trips :

Go to Active Trips list > Click DOCUMENTS button in the top of every trip > Click the + icon in the bottom to upload document > Select document type as Trip Expense or Trip Document > Select document from gallery or camera > click DONE > Document will be uploaded and list will refreshed

7. How to make inspection for a vehicle ?

Step – 1 : Go to Active Trips > Click on Pickup or Delivery whose inspection needs to be done

Step – 2 : Detail page will open. Every vehicle will have a START INSPECTION button > Clicking it

Step – 3 : Scanning page will open > Scan VIN through barcode/qr code scanner

Step – 4 : Or manually enter the VIN

Step – 5 : If scanning is successful it will ask to upload images through camera or gallery. For inspection select CAMERA. For extra images select GALLERY

Step – 6 : Inspection page will open > Put damage tags if any

Step – 7 : To select other images clicking NEXT button situated in top corner. Camera will open. Click images and mark damages

Step – 8 : After making all images click DONE button in top corner. Confirmation popup will show up. Click YES

Step – 9 : Listing page will show up. You will receive notifications of images being uploaded

Step – 10 : You will get final notification after all images are uploaded. Click VERIFY button in bottom after all images uploaded

Step – 11 : Detail page will be filled up with the uploaded images. Thus, inspection is completed.

8. How to attach BOL/POD to pickup/delivery ?

Go to Active Trips > Click on the Pickup / delivery whose BOL/POD has to be attached > Detail page will be opened > Click BOL or POD of the commodity > BOL/POD document screen will appear > Click ADD FILES > Select BOL or POD files from camera / gallery / or pdf > After selecting all the files click CONFIRM

9. How to assign trailer from the driver app ?

Go to Upcoming Trips > If trailer is not assigned and trailer assigned permission is enable from AFM2020 by your dispatcher then a ASSIGN TRAILER button will appear in blue > Click it > Assign trailer page will open > Select trailer type (Company, Third Party, Custom) > Select trailer (in case of company or third party) OR enter trailer name (in case of custom) > Click SAVE

If your trip is upcoming trip :

Select tab “TRIPS” tab in the bottom > Select tab “Upcoming” on top > (a list if upcoming trip will come) > Click on “Chat” button > Chat page will open. Write message to dispatcher here

1. How to contact support for any assistance ?

Login with driver/carrier credentials > Tap on the “MORE” tab > Scroll and find the section “Contact Support” in the list of options > Clicking it will open dialog with phone number > Clicking on the number will place a call with one of our executives

2. How to give feedback for app or report any bug ?

Login with driver/carrier credentials > Tap on the “MORE” tab > Scroll and find the section “GIVE FEEDBACK” in the list of options > Clicking it will open feedback page > Enter your feedback and attach any document if any > Click “SUBMIT” button.
