Avaal Technology celebrates the graduation of its 5th class in the Dispatch Specialist Course at its Winnipeg campus

On Thursday December 8th, Avaal Technology Solutions held their 5th graduation celebration for the Avaal Dispatch Specialist Course at its Winnipeg Campus. The successful graduates were: Bhawdeep Brar, Jugminder Hans, Melody Savage and Hatel Choudery. Dispatchers now require a specialized skill set to effectively fulfill their role in the supply chain. Students in the Dispatch Specialist course learn how to integrate technology with organizational skills in order to manage the daily functions of logistics operations. The course also focuses on implementing strategies to economize the integration between organizations and their various elements. In addition, students acquire the necessary problem solving and analytical skills to efficiently process large volumes of data and utilize effective decision making techniques to solve problematic situations.

Guest of Honor, Mr. Sukhbir Braich, owner of Five Star Limousine presented the graduates with their diplomas. Upon congratulating the Students Mr. Braich commented that the Avaal Express Dispatch Software is a very innovative and complete system for the transport industry.

During the graduation ceremony, the attendees were able to exchange information and provide feedback on the materials. Ms. Babandeep Brar commented “This was a great course that I will tell my friends about.” and Ms. Melody Savage stated that “This course makes doing the best job really simple.”  The overall consensus was that the use of real-world software and hands-on training in becoming a Certified Dispatch Specialist instilled a renewed sense of self-confidence and motivation.
